    4. @Nadase Our proposed closing date is Nov. 29th, but may be pushed back a bit due to an issue selling our current home. Our buyer hit a snag with their mortgage company regarding an inheritance property. They are working through the problem, but may delay closing on our Ryan home since it has delayed closing on our current home. We will keep our fingers crossed and hope all goes according to plan.

  2. I commented on your last post but I don't see where it showed up. We are building a Palermo in Williamsburg VA. We broke ground on 9/19 (our wedding anniversary!) and they were pouring concrete yesterday! I look forward to following your journey!

    1. We were debating on the Palermo and another model but decided to build the Palermo after visiting the model. I do a lot of work from home, so the home office was a must. Also, the finished basement really sealed the deal for my husband. Good luck!! :-)
